  • By  TMIC Holidays: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour or services if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a refund or alternative arrangements.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and government actions.

  • Tour Risks: You acknowledge that travel and tours carry inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, injuries, or loss of property.  TMIC Holidays is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.
  • Third-Party Services: We may partner with third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.), and we do not accept liability for their services or actions.

7. Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, or any other issues that may arise during your tour.  TMIC Holidays is not responsible for any travel insurance-related matters.
